I think Vet UK are having problems so be wary if you are thinking of placing an order.
I myself have been waiting since the 25th of march for my order and it seems on their Facebook page that a lot of people are also waiting.It also appears that the phone lines are not being answered nor are emails being replied t
I have just emailed them asking for my payment to be refunded, I will wait and see.

And now I have the joy of having my foster granddaughter becoming my real granddaughter. Can't ask for anything better
UPDATE,
As of today 180919. my granddaughter is now my official granddaughter, adoption finally granted

I ordered from them in February and waited 3 or 4 weeks for it. At that time they said they had changed to a new computer payment system that weekend and that was the cause of the problem.
Fortunately, mine was not a medicine order but those who did have medicines ordered were running out.
When i got my order it was supposed to sorted. It seems not.0 -
They are now saying that i didn't send a prescription in, but I know I did. Why then did they not tell me so I could re-issue it, why did they have to wait until I asked for a refund?
I am now waiting to see if my money does get refunded.
I just didn't want anyone else to have any trouble getting the goods they ordered.Treat other's how you like to be treated.

I placed an order Tuesday evening and it arrived today. Never had any problem with them.0

They actually posted on another forum im on recently & said issues were due to a new ystem same a you were told
