Picking agency

Hi guys,
I have a shared ownership flat and trying to sell it.
Most agencies want x percent on full price but i am only selling 35% so there is a significant fee to pay
I am thinking i can advertise it on rightmove for few hundred pounds or maybe house simple or perple brick
What are the pros and cons of using agency in your view?
Should i sell it my self?
Most agencies offer no sell no fee so that is good in a sense that I won't pay for advertisement which lasts 60 says or 90 days i think and pay for it again if not sold within that timescale
What is your view?
Thanks

Who owns the other fraction? Housing Association? Don't you have to offer it to them before selling it on the open market? What do they say?0
-
Yes I do and have already .
They are ok for me to market it
House simple seems like a good deal for 1k including vat, photo, and floor plan and no sale no fee and no contrats0 -
Do you have to pay the 1k up front, regardless of whether they sell it or not ?0

OP says it's no sale no feeThis is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0 -
No that is what makes it good
It is around 400 if pay up front
I know it is almost 3 times more expensive but worth it rather than paying them and they may turn out to be a right stinker
They happy with multi agency also0 -
Ahh, sounds like a good deal then .0
