Following the storm a couple of weeks ago, I had two large (24x12ft) wooden field shelters blow down. Reported it over the telephone and loss adjuster booked to visit two weeks later (fair enough, I guess they were pretty busy). I prepared 3 estimates and showed them to the adjuster on Monday and on Wednesday morning the cheque arrived from LV. No quibbling, Very pleased with them.
