    You can edit your own property on Zoopla to include the renovations.

    It is now about 10k below what the estate agent valued it at whereas before it was 80k difference!
    Tbh they are way out for a lot of the houses in our road - they have a 3 bed detached estimated at £92,000. You can't even get a 1 bed here for that price. Strange.

    Zoopla estimate is definitely wrong, you may get a 2 bed flat in RM12 for 270k that much but certainly not a house which you'd be looking at 300K minimum for.

    As far as I know, yes. If you look closely you will see that you can alter the criteria for a particular property since they won't have all the details if there has been work since the last sale. In my road, for example, they have no details for the properties which are still HA.



    Yes, we did that a while ago, our property was valued at more or less what we paid for it even though it had a picture of the 'new' house after it had been extended by quite a lot. It went from a 3 bed, I reception to a 4 bed, three receptions so quite a big difference, we changed it to about 7,000 under the estate agent valuation.
