It is now about 10k below what the estate agent valued it at whereas before it was 80k difference!
Tbh they are way out for a lot of the houses in our road - they have a 3 bed detached estimated at £92,000. You can't even get a 1 bed here for that price. Strange.Ageing is a privilege not everyone gets.

Zoopla estimate is definitely wrong, you may get a 2 bed flat in RM12 for 270k that much but certainly not a house which you'd be looking at 300K minimum for.0

Yes, we did that a while ago, our property was valued at more or less what we paid for it even though it had a picture of the 'new' house after it had been extended by quite a lot. It went from a 3 bed, I reception to a 4 bed, three receptions so quite a big difference, we changed it to about 7,000 under the estate agent valuation.0
