Advice for distraught tenant and warning...

Hi All,
Apologies if this is in the wrong place.
A tenant in my apartment block employed a team of 'builders' based on 5/5 recommendations/reviews on various websites - one review being from a local church! It turns out they did a hatchet job on flooring etc. She's so upset she can't stay in her flat for any length of time, won't let anyone in the block see the damage and is too scared to report them because of their 'minority' status in the locality. I've encouraged her to take photos as soon as possible and to report it as soon as she feels confident enough. She's changed the keys to her door as she gave them the key for three days...!
I've thought of contacting Trading Standards on her behalf but can't do so without knowing the name of the culprits.
Any ideas would be much appreciated...

Get them back to sort it.
Don't believe the recommended reviews on these sites.
Never employ intimidating Contractors, get the reviewing site involved...I could go on but at the end of the day it will be your problem.0 -
Thank you. I'll pass on the advice to her. Unfortunately, I think she is just too scared to deal with them... and their status means no one in the locality will deal with the problem.Free thinker.:cool:0
