hi dont know if anyone could help i sold a set of wheels for 200+last week the buyer sent emails about when he was going to pay (friday) did not pay sent him email got one back on monday saying he had been away and he would make payment now checked paypal could not see payment he then sent message wanting to no when item was going to be posted i checked paypal again and there was a payment from him uncleared clearing day 13 sent him email saying this and got one back saying the money has left his accout and he needs item im not posting out until i have had payment but dont want to mess up feedback i phone paypal and they cant clear payment till then i have asked buyer to ring paypal and they can tell him more details as he is a new buyer (no feedbacks) what do you think i should do dont want to lose that amount of money thank you

It sounds like an echeque. It may mean his credit card has expired... or if he's a new buyer, it may mean he hasn't set up a credit card.

Ideally, he'd set up the account with a card that works, pay again, and you'd refund the pending payment - either way, you'll have to explain that echeques can take up to 14 days to clear and he'll have to wait unless he wants to sort out his pp account and pay again. (Faster this time)
