Experian Credit expert not cancelling accounts

Is anyone having trouble with Experian Credit Expert. I have been trying to cancel my membership for 5 months and they continually ignore me.
They continue to take £14.99 a month which doesn't even show on my online banking as a direct debit or standing order, it just comes out. They now owe me over £74 and am getting nowhere.
On their FB page others have the same problem. I find it disgraceful a company set up to help people's finances is actually taking unathorised payments from people's bank accounts.
This is a site which MSE guides people to use to look at their credit score, maybe they shouldn't be promoting a company who behaves in such a manner.

Hi Joehoover,
I'm sorry to hear that you have not been able to cancel, it is certainly not our intention to make it a difficult process.
To cancel you just need to email us at help@creditexpert.co.uk or give us a call on 0800 013 88 88 or 0344 481 0800.
Alternatively you can write to us at: CreditExpert, PO BOX 7710, Nottingham, NG80 7WE.
Full cancellation details can be found here
If you contact us with your details we can look into your earlier cancellation requests to find out what has happened.
The CreditExpert membership fees are taken by re-occurring payment rather than direct debit. This is to ensure continuity of service should your payment card details change.
Kind regards
