Won't be around for a while

son is having major op tomorrow, it's in a specialist orthopaedic hospital and I will be spending most of my time with him, he's disabled following an accident and this op will hopefully make him more comfortable and easier to manage,

he should have had it last friday but was cancelled due to lack of bed, but he's going in this afterboon to be sure of bed for tomorrow, I won't be in work until he is well enough to go back to daycentre and i've not got a pc at home, so wanted to say thanks for making me welcome and will be back soon as i can icon7.gif

I've been in that cancelled for a bed situation before. It's awful.

    Hope everything goes well.

Good luck with it all. It can seem rather overwhelming at times, all back and forth to the hospital (my daughter had cancer last year, she's making a good recovery) But then you get them back home and its time to relax and be a family again.

Best wishes to you all x
