Time lived at address

I have been searching on google trying to find somewhere that can tell me how long i have lived at my current address as i cannot remember.
I am applying for a new current account and it asks the month and year i moved to this address.
My credit score i think is nil (last time i checked a few years ago). not good but at the same time not bad as i have never had finance, credit cards etc... My mobile phone contract is the only thing that i can think of that could affect it, iv'e had this since before the last time i viewed my credit score and haven't missed any payments or anything like that.
I have considerable savings and am looking to start putting them into high interest current accounts, reward accounts and savings accounts and have browsed over the credit score subject here at MSE.
From what i understand inconsistencies in data i give can affect the decisions banks / lenders make.
Is the Month and Year of residence at an address something that needs to be consistent?
Is there anywhere (preferably free) that i can check to see how long i have lived at an address and other information linked to myself?
Am i looking too far into this, do they just want to know where i have lived over the last 3 years for fraud purposes?

Are you on the electoral roll? this can effect your ability to get accepted for credit if you are not ? Also if you are registered this will show on your credit report when you went on the register at your current address. This is what lenders can check time at current address against. You could call the bank you intend to apply for and explain the situation and they can advise you.
Also you could call council tax and see when you started paying it at your current address.

Nah i reckon they are used to people getting this somewhat incorrect. i would suggest that a rough estimate will do. If not check your mortgage papers if you bought the house or one of the house saleprice websites.

If it's 1 year and 3 months and you put 1 year and 5 months then they might be cross about it.
If it's 1 year and 3 months and you put 1 year and 1 month then that will paint you in a less secure light than you could be.

But if it's 10 years and 3 months and you put 10 years and 5 months I can't see them being bothered.
And if it's 10 years and 3 months and you put 10 years and 1 month I can't see it making much difference.

I'm guessing that if you can't remember then it's a long time ago and the exact month doesn't come into play too much.
How long is it roughly?

I moved to my current home in 1987 and went on the electoral register in around 2003, no problems with any credit arrangements (though the last time I bought something on credit was 2004, apart from mobile phone sim-only agreements).

The delay was because I could not get the persons then making personal visits to update the register to understand that, although not British, the longevity of my residence in the UK meant I could vote in certain elections.
