E: 01/05 Win a 1 week food adventure in Spain (lots of effort)

https://www.worldnomads.com/learn/travel-food/scholarship/2016/

leads to:

http://scholarships.travel/apply

3 winners. Key T&C (to me):
"You must:

  • - be older than 18 by the application deadline to enter
  • - have a valid passport by the application deadline with at least 6 months validity
  • - be a resident of any country subject to approving a Spanish visa
  • - be available to be in Spain for 1 week between May 27- June 30, 2016

To enter, you must:

  • - submit a travel recipe (4000 characters max)
  • - the story behind it (2000 characters max)
  • - complete an entry form which includes contact details
  • - include a personal essay (1500 character max) on why you should be chosen and what the opportunity means to you.
6. The winning recipients will be selected by a panel of judges including one independent judge who will select the best overall 3 entries from a review of all eligible entries. The 3 winning entries will best interpret both the recipe and story task and best articulate why the author of the entry should be awarded the trip to Spain. The selection will be conducted at World Nomads.com Pty Limited of Level 21, 680 George St, Sydney, NSW 2000 Australia between May 3, and May 10, 2016. The judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into, including in the event of a dispute. Chance plays no part in determining the successful program recipients.

10. The 3 program recipients must also keep a daily travel diary and upload diary entries (no less than 200 words per daily entry, plus photos) to the World Nomads website, via an online travel journal (no later than 4 weeks after returning from the trip), as well as produce three recipe-based articles from the food adventures through Spain to be published on World Nomads.

11. The program recipients will be filmed while participating in the scholarship during the trip. The program recipients must be comfortable in front of the camera, and open to sharing emotions and opinions on camera."
