Rightmove and Zoopla houses listed over my limit!

OK have found 130 odd agents in the area, it takes so long to register with each one and there are a total of 395 according to Rightmove!0

Yes that's a lot. I live in Twickenham and there's about 10 in the high street alone! Turnover is hot on properties though.
It's not really feasible to register with all of those you list obviously but I do recommend you register with some good ones (from your own research).
In this area (and a lot of London really) the best properties at the best prices go before they list on websites or have open days.
Now that may not be what you need to wait for however it's a pain when looking and the houses you see are actually under offer which is a problem I found on a lot of properties we fancied.
I did feel a bit sorry for the 14 people that were coming to view my house on open day but didn't even get a look in because some bloke bid from a preview he got from my agent. Allowed a quick offer which is what I needed as we found a house we love but couldn't move forward until we had a buyer. Hopefully in the next weeks we move in!0
