I'm absolutely not I assure you, I just like helping people - as a professional adviser it can get frustrating though when you can see people need help and you want to give them something to help them and there is no way to do it through the forum. Still, I do appreciate there are plenty of people that would tout and why the rules are in place. I've been on the site a long while though and most people know I have a big heart and mean well.I am a Mortgage Adviser
