Cheapest Seller of Foreign Currency??

I seemed to have accumulated quite a bit of foreign currency over the years due to my various travels and would like to convert it back to GBP. Although, the High St currency exchange operators have a huge buy/sell differential.

Can anyone recommend a cheap and cost-efficient seller of GBP Sterling i.e. someone who will buy foreign currency at a good exchange rate?

On the High Street, M&S have a -fairly - small differential.

As you are in London, there's other places to try - Thomas Exchange, Thomas Global Exchange and (I'm told) various small outfits in the Victoria station area
