do you have a link for any threads showing details regarding the ANPR usage.
i have gone through all the links that redx supplied but cant locate.
i dont have enough info to draft my own wording.

but this is unlikely to be won on ANPR arguments. I think you are focussing on the wrong things.

I would say that you need quotes from the previous POPLA Lead Adjudicator and the BPA CoP and the Supreme Court, as shown there. You need to make it more difficult for WH to make a decision that you show them 'old POPLA' would not have made.
