Hi,
Sorry if this is in the wrong forum but i need some advise on a nursery bill.
Our child is three years old and gets the 15hours free and we also pay privately to top this up.
Every month we receive an invoice from nursery who are a bit lax when doing invoices (As an example just received march`s invoice today and sick of asking for Aprils invoice!)
To cut a long story short every invoice they have provided me i have paid, Today a new manager has taken over and gone through books for past year and has said I owe them over £500!
This is due to there incompetence on invoices!
Can they do this as this is there mistake and im extremely annoyed about this as ive always kept upto date on bills etc

Thanks for any advise
