Wow hope you have deep pockets.
Used to live in Sale and Timperley so both nice areas.
Hale is more upmarket and Altrincham has the metro into the city.
All are close to great transport links and motorways.
You are going to pay a lot for new build and it may take years to increase in value in current market.
Small gardens if house and shared if apartments. Parking could be fun if you have more than 2 cars.
