Re-submission following WH letter

Interesting to note that I won on Point 3 of the original appeal submission that I submitted to the "old" POPLA. I re-submitted the case to WH and removed this point on C-M's advice. It was this very point that won for me, so it looks like new POPLA are allowing appeals based on breach of the BPA code of practice.0

I'm a bit unclear who has adjudicated in this: -
Wright Hassall in the role of dealing with the rump of 4,000 cases stayed awaiting the result of Beavis/left overs following the departure of London Councils? or
'New' POPLA provided by the Ombudsman Service, who replaced London Councils?
I've never seen a decision based on lack of acknowledgement of receipt of the initial appeal by the PPC within 14 days. There are so many cases where there is no acknowledgement, just the rejection within 35 days.
Well done though! Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

My apologies, I didn't make it very clear, did I? It was adjudicated by WH as part of the 4000 stayed cases.I've never seen a decision based on lack of acknowledgement of receipt of the initial appeal by the PPC within 14 days. Wow! WHOPLA (named as such to differentiate it from new POPLA on the forums) has been turning down appeals based on far stronger appeal points than the '14 day acknowledgement' one.
As I said, never seen that before, but it will now become a further appeal point to new POPLA in relevant cases. What's sauce for the goose .....
Do you have a WHOPLA reference or better still a redacted scan of the WHOPLA letter, so we can help the many that will tread the path you have just trodden. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. Thanks Gadfium. Scan saved for posterity.
I bet PE are pretty dischuffed about that adjudication outcome. :rotfl:Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I am puzzled as to why this was stayed in the first place. It is either a double dip or a bilk, neither feature in Beavis.
What about compensation? You must have spent hours on this. You never know how far you can go until you go too far.0 -

It was one of the 4000 stayed cases. I think that they stayed them regardless of the appeal points. What about compensation? You must have spent hours on this.0
