It depends on what has been agreed. Writing off the debts doesn't necessarily mean the defaults will be removed.
However, if not, they will disappear after 6 years of being applied,0 -
I was advised by the companies concerned Barclays HSBC and MBNA i would no longer be chased for the debts as the anxiety was adding to my illness ! If that helps0

Not really. But either way, it sound as if the defaults should drop off very shortly.
When were they applied?0 -

Applied in 2014 and no not looking for credit at all however if i need to move and rent a property in the future i want to be able to do so0

Well, if you think that you might need money to move and possibly rent in the future wouldn't it be a good idea to start putting away some savings now.Applied in 2014 and no not looking for credit at all however if i need to move and rent a property in the future i want to be able to do so
Then, you won't need to borrow as much when the time comes. It is no good thinking that you can't afford to save, because, if you did get a loan you would be paying out the same amount of money as you would for your savings.I can afford anything that I want.
Just so long as I don't want much.0
