Hi i was wondering if someone could give me a bit of help i have read through the threads and am not sure on my next plan of action should be am sorry if this should be submitted somewhere else. In my opinion this is not a Letter Before Claim

I agree, complain to the SRA that WH are issuing bogus LBAs which is tantamount to fraud, and bringing their profession into disrepute. Copy in writing to your local Trading Standards Department and your M.P.

Attack the messenger hard, cost them money

You never know how far you can go until you go too far.
