Any that you see on other BW Legal threads, if yours is the same letter. You need to start your own new thread.

  • We have been receiving letters for months about a outstanding telephone bill from Lowells, the phone company knows nothing of this and does not know why, just recently we have received our first from BW Legal...very threatening and to the point, we do not know where is outstanding bill comes from and have made NO contact with Lowells or BW Legal, i ask this ...would they hand money over without details...No! and neither are we, as i said we have made no contact as we have nothing to hid and have never had debt anywhere. do we continue to ignore? why should we worry over something we know nothing about.

We deal with private parking charges here. While we deal with BW Legal cases in the context of private parking, we are not a general legal forum dealing with any non-parking related issues.
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

  • I received a parking charge from Parking Eye for an alleged parking contravention on 28th December 2017! My Son borrowed my car as I was away, His Wife inadvertently put their own car registration on the ticket, but paid £4.00 for the parking. I received a charge notice in January, which i appealed giving the reason, it was acknowledged and advised i would be notified within 35 days. I never =received a response, but received a reminder letter in March 2018, which i also appealed as advised in the letter, and also received an acknowledgement stating a response would be sent with in 35 days. I heard nothing back but have had many letters from various debt collection agencies, solicitors etc. I wrote to Premier Park in January 2019 detailing all that had happened explaining that only they could take me to court as it was them who issued the charge. I have now received a letter, reminder, giving me an extra 16 days to pay! i have been away so did not receive the original until now. I am going to write to them attaching copy of my letter to Premier Park on 11 February stating i will not pay the charge, as Premier Park did not loose out as the space was paid for and it was a genuine mistake. Any advice will be appreciated.

Everyone is asked to read up on this in the newbies FAQ thread near the top of the forum before starting a new thread

After reading up there if you still need advice then you need to start your own thread and not hijack someone else's like this

Please delete your post above (throughout here you are advised never to reveal who was driving! The ppcs monitor this forum and can use posts in your thread against you
