That's the dire level of performance which encourages rural peeps to get together to arrange alternative solutions for community broadband.
Yes, filters and all that...still no better than 150kb/s.
As for the community broadband...its a non starter apparently.....there has been talk of something happening the last 2 years, but still the Openreach result is "we are trying to find solutions"...no solutions ever happen though.0
