Governing Principle

The overarching purpose is encapsulated within the ‘Governing Principle’:

1. Data are shared only for the prevention of over-commitment, bad
debt, fraud and money laundering, and to support debt recovery and
debtor tracing, with the aim of promoting responsible lending.
(j) Non risk assessment is defined in section 4.3 and covers
* Propensity to voluntarily terminate an existing facility (Attrition)
* Propensity to respond to a communication
* The likely level of revenue or profitability associated with an
applicant or existing customer

    meaning that CRA'S not designed for the average person in mind but a businesses use for probability margins.. We kind of knew this anyway the cra's are in it to make money and to sell your private data to anyone who wants to know.
