    You definetely won your white wine, as we won my appeal, I got the email a couple of days a ago, and it was successful! Another win against their illegal practices...

    If it wasnt for this forum and especially Coupon-mad, I would have never gotten into actually appealing against them and surely I could never win.

    If it wasn't for these 'pesky kids'...and armchair 'lawyers' they'd have gotten away with it! Love beating these firms at POPLA.

    Can you show us the outcome decision please, did POPLA have to actually look at evidence from Euro or did Euro give up without any contest?
