I do not know if it was taped, my friend certainly didn't say it was. I have seen a letter that she has signed that states she was cautioned under interview though so I assume this amounts to the same thing regardless of how it was carried out.0

do you think it may have been the other way around?
that she forgot to inform them of her mother moving in, but just reported it when she moved out?
that could easily be a reason for the overpayment0
