I'm looking to buy a decent large luggage that can hold 30-40kg without any problem. I know it's a bit over but I'm travelling with a toddler and a pregnant lady
so I don't want to add too many luggage to carry .
Do you guys have any suggestions ? I don't want to spend too much on this but also don't want to buy something cheap that does not do the job .

You might not be able to travel by air with a case that holds 40kg as it is very heavy for someone to carry. I think there are maximum bag weight restrictions that are less than 40kg.If you always do what you have always done, you will always get what you always got!0

Are you allowed 30-40 kg in one case?I hate football and do wish people wouldn't keep talking about it like it's the most important thing in the world0

I have seen "heavy" stickers on a bag weighing 32kg I would be surprised if they allow 40kg. If you get 2 decent sized bags holding around 23kgs on 4 spinning wheels you can control them with one hand and hold a toddler with the other or the pregnant lady can push the toddler in the pram.0

If it's for air travel, most airlines/airports will refuse to take anything over 32kg as it's too much for the baggage handlers.Let's settle this like gentlemen: armed with heavy sticks

Well , I need to check this . Thank you.
We are travelling in Sri Lankan airlines . We have got 120kg allowance
40kg per person. Our plan is to take max two suitcases for obvious reason. 0 -

Any decent sized case could hold 30-40kg - it all depends what you're packing into itEverything will be alright in the end so, if it’s not yet alright, it means it’s not yet the endQuidquid Latine dictum sit altum videtur0

There a travel luggage you can buy that can hold up to 30 kg. I think 30 kg is the only allowed luggage for each passenger.0

Yeah, but will the wheels, handles etc stand up to 40kg? I don't know - luggage specifications don't tend to address this point.Let's settle this like gentlemen: armed with heavy sticks
