Is there a good free small business accounting software that you can recommend.

As there are many small business accounting software available online, finding a good one with free package is quite difficult. And, with free packages you only get limited credits and cannot have access to all the features of accounting software. So, if you are a business owner and looking for free package, then i would suggest you go for paid package like Giddh.0

As an accountant in the UK i would have to disagree with the above and not go with Giddh (Who i had never heard of but does not seem suitable for the UK)
Depending on the type and size of business you are looking at online only packages such as Xero and Quickbooks on-line. Sage is the tried and tested piece of software but is not cheap. If you are still in the early days and there are not many transactions then there is nothing stopping you from just using microsoft excel to record transactions and keep track of sales and debtors etc.
Drop me a message if you have any specific questions which i could possibly help with.
