Hi all,
Do you know much about indemnity insurance of sell or buy of flat was to fall through?
How can one get it? My solicitors don't offer it.
There will be 2-3 ks in cost so rather have an insurance to pay for it if it fells through

An insurance to indemnify you for the costs of fees in the event that the transaction shouldn't proceed? I'm not aware of any such insurance.0

The reason your solicitors don't offer it, is because it's probably incredibly difficult to actually make a claim.
You also say that there are 2-3k worth of costs which if the vendor pulls out you're likely to incur which seems fairly high to me.0
