... also how about slicing the steak into thin strips and stir frying ?


one suggestion - steak stir fried with onions, peppers, green beans, you could use or add any veg (except potatoes unless they are already cooked) or mushrooms etc just cut to small bit size pieces so it cooks quickly and we only use about a tablespoon of oil.


Once the meat and veg are cooked (only takes a few minutes) you could add a sauce -


or make your own sauce we make these and add for another minute at the end of cooking


- juice from half an orange, half a teaspoon of chilli flakes and a tablespoon of peanut butter


or 2 tablespoons of cream and teaspoon of garlic salt and sprinkling of ground black pepper


or even just a splash of soy sauce or some sweet chilli sauce
