May not apply. The relevant ts and cs are the ones in place when the fixed term contract was taken out.

They do, because CoOp have general T&Cs and then additional ones for specific tariffs. The ones on the CoOp website relate by name to the tariff in the thread title.

I have the T&C from the original deal - one thing you learn from Co-op is ALWAYS download bills and any other communications from them that appear online - here today, gone tomorrow! They clearly say 49 days.
To be on the safe side I was going to give it one more day - not clear whether 'inclusive' or 'exclusive'.
  • One of the worst things I ever did was leave Ovo for CoOp, dreadful website and awful customer service. I can't wait another day to start leaving!!

Part of the Furniture 100 Posts Combo Breaker
for me SSE one year comes in the same as the co op sept 2017 tariff.
co op were really bad to begin with but ovo were as bad in ending my deal with them, they disputed end and start readings etc etc and it was six months before the final bill was settled they then paid me what was owed for double billing.
anyone have any opinions on the longer co op sept deal, ive never done more than a year before, oils going back up, we could be leaving europe, this may force prices up or down........

They are very close, but for me SSE comes out slightly better. And as a co-op member I got £20 co-op vouchers last year as a dividend for meter readings and spend!
Although things with co-op seem to have been OK since about last August, I still do not trust them.
Have started switch to SSE today.
You would need to be a real 'money making expert' to work out whether or not fixing for an extra 7 months to December would a wise bet - too many political and economic uncertainties.
