We have completed our Iva (December 2025) and would like to remortgage as we are with Northern Rock on variable rate.
Could anyone recommend a specialist broker please?

Whats your current LTV and have you taken a look at your credit files yet?
I would call around whole of market brokers near you and ask them if they have placed an ex IVA'er in the last 12 months before going into too much detail.0
