PPI with Morgan Stanley

Hi, apologies if this is a repeat question, but I can only find "old" threads on this. I had a loan with Advantage, then owned by Morgan Stanley, since taken over by Barclaycard. I completed the standard Barclaycard form and in January received a letter from Barclaycard saying that as my loan was with Morgan Stanley they have passed by query onto them and they gave an address of Morgan Stanley Bank International Ltd, 25 Cabot Square, Canary Wharf E14 4QA. I (unsurprisingly) have not heard anything from MS.
Has anyone else been in this position? Any suggestions please?
Thank you

Write to Morgan Stanley (or phone if you can find a suitable number) and ask for an update. There's always the chance they didn't receive Barclaycard's letter, so make sure you have the necessary information to hand.

If you write to them, it's worth including a copy of the letter you received from Barclaycard so they can see why your complaint has been passed on.

Send a separate complaint direct to that address.

I don't know why you haven't done this before now, to be honest.

On what basis did you complain to Barclaycard and when exactly did you take out the loan? If it was earlier than 2005, you will doubtless encounter problems progressing further.
