PPI refund

Surprisingly, I have received a letter from Lloyds stating that I am to be refunded further to previous claims made in 2013. However I note there is a small paragraph saying that they can use the refund to pay any outstanding balances. What is their criteria on this? My credit card is paid each month and my current account is in credit. I am likely to get the full refund?

Yes, if you're not in arrears you'll get the full refund.0

You would likely get the refund even if you were in arrears anyway.
