Multiple Current Accounts and Mortgage application

Options
I currently have a BOS Staff Current Account and a Halifax Reward Account (which I opened end of January ).

I am starting to build up a bit of excess in my current account and I want to open a TSB current account to benefit from the 5% rate they are currently offering.

I am actively looking for a property and currently have an AIP from Halifax , I have been told by Halifax that I have an A2 credit score, which I need to retain to get a staff mortgage rate on shared equity.

I don't want to jeaopardise my credit score to save a few pounds when it could cost me hundreds (if not thousands) of pounds if my creditscore went down, what effect could having 3 current accounts and 2 credit checks in 3 months have on this rating?

Thanks

The BoS and Halifax searches aren't likely to impact given they are the same lender for your mortgage. But I would not put anything at risk and would say avoid any further searches until your mortgage is confirmed and agreed. Why risk it as you say?
