door bar / threshold help please

Hi all

Have 2 doorways to sort out :

One is Laminate to Karndean - the difference in height between the 2 surfaces is 13 mm

The other is Laminate to Vinyl - difference being 15 mm

I had purchased a variety of bars before having laminate fitted, but none were suitable for the 2 doorways above.

If anyone has a link etc to a suitable product, would be appreciated, would need finish to be silver/chrome..

One of those looks like sort of thing i need, albeit the spec says max difference of 12.3 mm, which is slightly less than i need, but at least it points me in right direction, cheers.

I know the joys (ahem) of step down floor thresholds, nowhere seems to have a decent supply
