Holiday Insurance

the policy statement said that we were covered to pursue this situation up to £50,000 in a civil suit for injury or death,
but this does not cover a pursuit against an airline or carrier or them selves, and of course this would include the food poisoning on the qatar flight home on the 15th july when this happened.
Is there any one else that has experienced this problem and have a name of an insurance company that covers this type of eventuality ?
regards
Morelle

Do you have legal cover on your household insurance?
If not then it might be worth considering no-win no-fee as this is a personal injury type of case.0
