Confused about credit report information

Hi all,
I'm slightly confused by the information on the report, was due to get myself to CAB today but have been poorly so I'm home attempting to tackle it but I'm a bit lost.
On a number of my Lowell accounts it states last updated July 2014. For one it says default in 2012. But as it doesn't show the last payment date on there for the debt, I can't tell if it should have been removed or not because they aren't updated etc. Why have they not updated them since then, I don't get it ?
Or are they removed from the default date meaning it have another few years to go?
