What happened to NWOne in L'Derry?

Something very underhand about the whole thing, the main square area was only zoned for commercial use ie. Supermarket, cinema, petrol station, coffee shops etc…

Housing had planning permission for the other exterior areas around Premier Inn.

190 additional houses now being built in this area, I really don't see where the demand is coming from, especially with a planning application for 800 new homes at the bottom of the road as well

Asda have obviously switched preference to Pennyburn for a new store which will really delight the residents of that area Traffic is impossible there at the best of times.

Still can't see any planning application for 260 new homes at Cresent Link online, this one was obviously sent in large brown envelopes to the right people :rotfl:

Initially there was talk of two Asda stores - one in the Cityside and one in the Waterside.

I get you now. It's a different development you're talking about. Not the one getting built here.
