Worked fine 5 years ago on our current place - anyway I just need an idea of timelines. The house is in fine shape - current owners have ploughed a lot into it and they've decided to leave us the entire kitchen and all freestanding appliances, light fittings, curtains, teak garden furniture...quite the surprise0
