Can't get my PAC code from o2
I have changed my pay as you go to Asda as they are cheaper than o2. I want to keep my mobile number so I need to obtain my PAC code from o2. Easier said than done. I go onto chat only to be told time and time again that they cannot give it to me and I have to phone 4445 customer services. Have tried for a week phoning the number which always says "system is busy"
Any other ways around this nonsense please ?

Have you tried 202 or 0344 809 0202 ?0

Yes but first number you gave gives a continous tone, the second number gave me what I thought was a pac code when in fact it was a puc code.0

I cant seem to get mine either....... rang 4 or 5 times over a few days on 202 only to get the message "sorry our estimated call wait times are over 30 mins" .. each time!
In the end I went onto chat explained the call wait times and that I wanted my PAC code, the guy kept trying to sell me a deal that was £100 overall more expensive than the one I wanted to switch to, and after pointing that out (more than once) he finally offered to send me my PAC Code by text ...... still no text.
However due to a separate dispute with Carphone Warehouse I have no new provider to move to so would be unwise to end services with no new contract in place.....0 -
I ended up getting it but I went through that many options I cannot remember now exactly. Suffice to say I spoke to a customer service person.0
