It's still a good idea to check just before you leave though as they may also have information about any delays.

Worth a check tbh. We did the same as we booked some of their 1p flights, but once on the website it didn't actually require you to do anything, and although my folks are currently in dublin courtesy of 1p flights (I hope - I haven't heard from them) I worry that they won't honour part of it.

I am wondering if they are thinking of building into their T & C to stop the 1p flight people booking a range of flights, then picking and choosing nearer the date, at the end of the day, these flights were a penny with taxes so you could book 5 or 6 all at 1p each (on debit card bookings) then turning up to the one that suits them best. Think it is fair enough on the very cheap flights - i don't know what their business model is, but to me it would seem fair that if they sell a flight at a penny inclusive of taxes, they should reasonably expect the person to go. otherwise i think we all end up suffering in the long run. If this is the case, however, I would expect that they would make it blindingly clear on their website that this is a requirement.

So long as Ryanair get's the money, they shouldn't see it as a problem:huh:
It's not fair to other passengers who wanted to go had you not taken it...

I don't think they put information about delays onto their website and in any case you still have to check-in by the original check-in time.

What you do need to check for is changes to flight times as Ryanair may not bother telling you about changes in which case the check-in time will change
