Help - What can I do?

I boooked and paid for flights to the USA 6 months ago via an online Agent and the booking cofirmation came through fine. However when the e-ticket arrived they have made a mistake and booked me on a outbound flight 24 hours later. The Agent has admitted that it is their administrative error but wont correct it. I contacted the airline direct who said there is nothing they can legally do as it was booked through a third party. HELP I have a wedding to attend!!

unfortunately they are refusing to do so. I think this is going to end up in a small claims court0
