I am just joining in as I recently got a parking notice from Primer Park.
Mentioning that no permit on display; the 'A4 sheet mentioning the worker working at....'; clearly visible. The photo they sent the white paper on a dash board.
also,Am in London went to Southampton to for business reason But this company from DEVON. can they issue ticket going beyond the borough?
