Double storey extension cost

We are about to finalise a detached house in semi rural area which has got further potential for development.
Our plan is to extend 2.7 m by 2.4 m, Kitchen and to extend the bedrooms in the rear of the house above the kitchen with one bedroom to have ensuite.
Please can you suggest what would be extension cost? any ideas?
