All accounts have disappeared from my Equifax / Clearscore credit report

I checked my Equifax credit report yesterday and was surprised to see that my credit score had dropped from Excellent to Poor over the past month. Looking into the details of my new report, my bank account, two credit cards, and mobile phone account were no longer on the report. This is particularly annoying, as my mobile has died and I'm about to take out a new contract. Has this happened to anyone else?
I have a Clearscore account and the same thing has happened on that, so it must be a problem with the Equifax data rather than a website glitch. I've raised a query with Equifax, so I'll see how that goes. Somewhat conveniently for them, my free trial has just finished, although I can still see the data with Clearscore once a month.
I'm wondering if the heart of this may be a problem with how Scottish flat numbers are recorded in computer systems. They take the form of 14/2 where the first number is the building number, and the second is the flat number. Although this is how the Royal Mail records it, in some computer systems for some companies, they can't recognise the slash so they would enter 14-2, or Flat 2, 14.I can't use the Experian CreditExpert report site, as it won't allow me to enter the slash in the address box. Also there is a further historic system of Scottish flat numbers, that only Edinburgh council use, where the flat number refers to the floor and whether it is as the front or back of the building e.g. 14/2f2 - this means that the flat numbering on the electoral roll is different and doesn't always get linked on credit reports.

First of all your credit score isn't seen by anyone else other than yourself.
Secondly have you tried getting your report from Noddle who takes the data from Call credit.
Thirdly I would send a message to the Experian rep who posts on here, I'm surprised the issue resolved flat numbers hasn't been brought up before.0 -
Thanks for the reply. I know the score is somewhat arbitrary, but if my credit report has no data in it, then I'll have problems getting credit. My girlfriend had some big problems a couple of years ago when she tried to get a Virgin mobile contract. She found out it was because Equifax hadn't linked any of her accounts as her previous address was in all sorts of weird and formats.
I'll have a look at Noddle and post back here.0 -

Some will say the score is how good your credit history appears to you but there is a poster on here who has a poor credit score yet is able to get headline loan rates.
I don't understand how all your history has disappeared from your credit file.0 -
my equifax had car finance just magically delete itself. I called equifax and they told me to contact the finance company who have confirmed there was an issue on the equifax systems which have affected alot of people. it may well be related0

I had a reply back from Equifax - they won't look at it until I reopen an account with them... I'll put in a dispute through ClearScore.
I've checked Noddle and all my accounts are on there.0
