Hi, I was looking online last night and GE money address was listed as the GE Money Home Lending team in Watford.
But now I see someone mention they are now Santander? Can someone please tell me where I need to send this letter to please. Thanks.

Yes, Santander are dealing with most (including store card PPI reclaims where payments were paid to G E Capital).

Genworth the underwriter are the ones currently paying out in respect of the above (but Santander can often provide the account details if lost).
Santander's PPI team are on: 0800 171 2171.Please be polite to OPs and remember this is a site for Claimants and Appellants to seek redress against their bank, ex-boss or retailer. If they wanted morality or the view of the IoD or Bank they'd ask them.0 -
Thank you that's useful - I had a Debenhams card then a Debenhams card going back over the years and did have a card cover policy - one which was not made clear when I took the card out - I was told it was good to have in case clothes were reduced I could claim the difference back and that it was the safe thing to have - back then I agreed to it - daft I know.
Not got much paperwork now but think I should try to find out if I'm able to claim anything back - must have wasted a fair amount on that over the years before I got a little more money savvy and started reading the small print.
Don't really know where to start but will try New Day, Santander and GE money - I closed the account and paid it all off last year - don't know if that makes it easier or harder.
Not very confident I'll get anywhere or go the right way about this but I'll read up more and see what I can do, if anything. Worth a go at least.Sealed Pot Challenge number 8 Amount declared £365.50.
