I'm looking to migrate from UTV to anywhere!
I have been with them 13months and have been getting fed up with the price. £18 for a 2gb cap doesn't seem worth the money. I phoned them and they told me it was a £40 cancellation fee and to get the MAC code I had to return the wireless router in which I paid them £50 for:mad: . They said that it was legally theirs. I can't understand how it is as I clicked on a button to "buy" the router at the time.
Does any of this seem reasonable to anyone?0 -
May be worth trying Tiscali althought CS is as poor as most others, atleast they all seem to be Scottish and understand us:D
I have 2mb service and also take my phone calls through them (cheaper than BT) and I get free National Weekend calls;) all this for £12.95 a month (still pay BT line rental) , the Unlimited download is handy although I never push this too much myself, but very handy for seeing Heroes, Dexter etc.... months before they come on TV here;)I am trying, honest;) very trying according to my dear OH:rotfl:0
