Wrong gas fire

I bought a gas fire of the Internet, the gas man came to fit it, when my husband came home he discovered it was not the one ordered.

We contacted the company, they asked us to take a picture of it and email it to them
They have sent me an email to confirm it is the wrong fire, and are going to correct this on their site, and to confirm if we would like it uplifted and refunded

Just wondering what are my rights can I get them to replace the fire to the one I want which is a bit dearer and if they uplift it can I get them to refund the gas mans charges
