I hope you don't mind me jumping in ( I often post on the Kon Marie thread :)), but rather than a spiraliser I have a juilienne peeler thingy. You just run it down veg and it produes spaghetti-like strips. i got mine from Lakeland for less than £4. I do use it lots and it takes up no space in the cutlery drawer! http://www.lakeland.co.uk/15806/SharpPeel-Julienne-Peeler It's my money saving way :money:

Best wishes to you lovely people. I read a few random days and I love the chat, the stories and the kind thoughts you exude.

Just wanted to say thanks for all the good wishes for youngest's dd's second interview.

She heard this morning that she has got the job :j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j
I am so pleased for her as she was getting quite down.

Had a lovely day with a visit from a relative who lives a couple of hours drive away. She is vegan so made us a butternut squash and red pepper soup for a starter with a large salad and vegetable rice with tomatoes, mushrooms, onions, celery and mixed peppers and canellini beans.

I am now back on healthy eating as I got a nasty shock last night when I went to weigh in!

Hugs to judi, hester, hilstep, TA, candlelight and dumpling.

I am going to York tomorrow afternoon to see older dd and get some more tester pots for my bedroom.

    Hugs to all

I'm not worried from that point of view - I'm told Ollie is a friendly chap. The trouble is Jack is too friendly! If he sees another dog, it takes both Mr LW and myself to get him to walk on, he just has to stop and make friends. He's a HUGE English Springer Spaniel. :D

Nah, we've done these swapovers before, including one where Ted was involved - Ted cannot abide any other dog - and we managed that without incident.;) It's just good practise to keep the arriving and departing dogs separate, then there's not even the remote possibility of anything untoward happening.:o
If your dog thinks you're the best, don't seek a second opinion.;)
