Hi everyone
I have 3635 Euros which I need to change back to Sterling and I have shopped around to find the best deals. If you have a Cheque Centre near you then that's the best place to go. Todays rates:
Chq Centre 1.325
M&S 1.3484
Post Office 1.3946
Natwest 1.3761
At the Cheque centre there are no charges. I changed my Sterling to Euros last week (can't remember the rate) but I got 10 more Euros for my £297 than anywhere else in town.0 -

You do realise that the post to which you refer is nearly two years old, don't you?

Thought 1.31 something was a very poor exchange rate. There seems to be quite a lot of old postings resurfacing recently, which is very annoying if people have spent some time finding the answers.0 -

Hi , thanks for the details , they are local for me, they had better rates than the post office , and also on the internet which was great . Thanks for the service.0 -
Just noticed Stephb34 post and realised, so many times I have followed the advice found on this forum, only to find it is well out of date!
I have no idea how to suggest it, but if anyone here knows how to get new posts first, then I would be grateful for that info. amberangel0
