Good afternoon tweets hope you did'nt get too wet ...bet you are in your PJ's now ;)been a lovely day here but clouded over now :(but not cold so I suppose that's a bonus.LS thank-you for asking about my D Sis Auntielala sh is having to take it slowly as I think getting taken into hospital suddenly made her realise things circumstances can change on the spin of a sixpence as we used to say ...I know she was really frightened that her cancer had come back in the brain as I also had the same thought but thankfully she has had that all clear:T0

Envy you the helicopter ride - still on my bucket list! The Hollywood sign was a disappointment for us at it seemed so small from Hollywood itself, difficult to get a decent photo as it is so far away from the main area. Hollywood itself was disappointing too, a bit grubby and little atmosphere. We loved the rest of LA area though:T
ChelseaFred:)
You right fred Hollywood was pretty scarey we hired a limo package that was to do the tour of Hollywood and to take us to the helicopter over the Hollywood and the sign ..
we did the walk of
fame but the guy who took us to Hollywood WOULD NOT PARK UP instead he drove round and round and when we were ready to leave we just had to stand on the kerb side and he would see us and stop and pick us up he said many years ago that there was at least one a night murders or suicide in Hollywood ...and he would never go there on a night ..at that was from a big guy no little weedy man ...There is another theme park we went to and it was good cant remember what it was called Knotts Berry Farm (maybe)
Glad La has improved I did really fall in love with Vegas ...but not for the glitter and gambling '''I found it a perfect base for getting to Grand canyon ...death valley and Hoover dam etc and cheap . If I was ever going back to LA I would book for when the whales are there with the babies feeding I saw a lot of them when I was on the cruise and like monkeys I could watch them all day0 -
